Our Metal Recycling client located in Oakwood Village, Ohio is expanding their team! They are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Millwright to their team! The Maintenance Millwright will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing all mechanical equipment within the plant. This includes aging fleet of loaders, backhoes, forklifts, etc. This person will start their day with a walk through to check on all machinery and equipment to ensure there are no concerns. Inventory will be completed daily to ensure nothing needs to be replenished or ordered. Preventative maintenance and diagnostic testing will be completed and any necessary repairs identified will need repaired. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, Repair and Service machinery and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and identify any repairs both mechanical and electrical. Change out bearings, belts, drives, etc. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Check parks inventory daily. Communicate with staff and operators. Requirements: Prior maintenance/millwright experience is required. Experience working with Electric, Gas and Propane engines.
