**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ One (1) year of general labor experience.
Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:
+ Proficient in the use of hand and small power tools.
+ Familiar with construction materials, methods, and tools used in building and infrastructure projects.
+ Understanding of machines and tools, including operation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
+ Ability to monitor gauges, dials, or indicators to ensure proper machine function.

Job Summary
Responsible for specialized construction of segmental retaining wall systems.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Unloads materials on site that are to be used in the construction of retaining walls.
Placing, raking, and shoveling stone to build a level footer for placing segmental block.
Hooking chains, stacking, straightening, leveling, and shimming block to build a wall level wall consistent with the construction documents.
Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
Operate skid-steer or excavator to transport and place materials where designated by supervisor.
Place all materials necessary during construction of the retaining wall system such as block, goe-grid, fabric, drainage pipe, etc.
Maintain an understanding of all the products that are used on a retaining wall project, and how to use them.
Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
Confirm payroll hours with direct supervisor before the end of each payroll period to confirm accuracy.
Perform basic equipment maintenance such as changing oil, greasing fittings, changing filters, changing tracks, etc.

Description: Responsible for performing daily activities in the Finishing Department. Applies knowledge of Materials and Finishes for all millwork packages, cabinetry and all other goods manufactured by the Company. May also do some restoration work and touch ups as necessary. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience, judgment and direct supervisor's lead to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Must be able to travel as off-site work is required. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Duties and Requirements:
Possess a specific skill set tailored to Finishing, including knowledge of material properties, restoration and new product techniques, color/finish matching, and safety.
Trained to use many diverse methods and materials of Finishing as well as various tools and machines.
Works with direct supervisor to discuss upcoming work, work in progress, schedules, materials and supplies, and provide direct supervisor with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on all projects.
Daily and continuous maintenance of workspace, machines and tools.
Understands Safety Hazards and takes all preventative measures such as disposing of chemicals and used rags properly, stores chemicals and flammable materials properly, and wears protective gear as required.
Able to communicate with direct supervisor, or clients if necessary, to understand and identify the client's needs and determine which materials to use.
Able to multitask and travel to job sites as needed.
Provides individual contribution in problem solving efforts in order to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Identifies and eliminates Company-wide non value-added activities, by working with Operations Management to implement effective corrective and preventive actions by way of EOS and continuous improvement.
Builds and maintains confidence of company personnel by exposing and educating them on best management practices and modern technologies and their uses.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in woodworking finishes.
Some computer skills, including Windows-based applications, Microsoft Office are preferred.

General Summary of Duties: Formwork carpenters assemble manufactured forms, made from steel, wood or heavy plastic. The work is physically demanding and messy, consisting of carrying the heavy forms, spraying them with oil that keeps the concrete from sticking. Once the concrete sets, craftworkers strip the forms, clean them and prep them for the next project.
Essential Abilities, Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as required):
Build square, level and plumb a specific project task using basic carpentry tools.
Follow established safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work area.
Know how to build safety provisions, including but not limited to: Scaffolding, Gang Ladders, Perimeter railings and Fall Protection, Temporary Covers, Inter.
Use different types of carpentry tools, safely e.g. Saws (Band, circular, jig, reciprocating, chop, compound miter, etc.), Drills (Electric, Cordless, Hammer, etc.)
Identify and request (If not provided) any and all PPE necessary to perform tasks prior to starting.
Ensure you have proper tools/materials to perform task or project.
Keep areas of jobsite clean and organized to maintain safe and productive work environment.
Be able to perform all the essential functions of the worker under his or her supervision.

Education - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Preferred
Experience - A minimum of 1 years' experience as a carpenter required.
Communication Skills - Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to understand information, ideas, direction and then be able to perform the task or project discussed. Ability to ask questions to insure you understand the information given.
Ability to recognize items like safety problem or potential hazard and notify immediate supervisor.
Provide and maintain general hand tools including: tool belt/box, hammers, tape measures, hand levels, squares, chalk lines, screw drivers, pliers, etc.
Must be 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Talk and hear to communicate.
Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials and tools.
May be required to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
Work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, work off platforms and man lifts, and may occasionally work out on an open structure using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves & leather work boots.
Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting.
