TURN AROUND BUSINESS WITH REFINANCING & LOWER COST MANUFACTURING

As VP & CFO for Springfield Wire, shifted manufacturing to Mexico and China leading to annualized savings of $6.5 Million in labor and overhead. Refinanced company, and created a finance and IT shared services center in Mexico.
