Construction Materials Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Evaluating subgrade preparation for shallow foundations
Monitoring installation of deep foundation systems

Projecting management duties including proposal preparation, client management, technical reviews, and invoice review
Preparing and distributing technical reports and project correspondence
Using laboratory information management system (LIMS) for reporting, scheduling, and document control

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Superintendent to oversee the daily field operations of construction projects. The ideal Project Superintendent candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day field activities to meet project milestones and schedules.
+ Enforce safety, health, and cleanliness standards on-site.
+ Review project plans and specifications to ensure constructability and quality compliance.
+ Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries.
+ Conduct regular project status meetings with owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and photo records of key milestones.
+ Oversee project close-out, including punch lists, as-built drawings, and final inspections.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 3-5+ years of relevant construction management or field experience.
+ Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
+ Experience in medical, hospital, or clean facility construction preferred but not required.
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Project Superintendent - In-Situ Stabilization (ISS) DEPARTMENT: Project Management SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $140,000 annual DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor in need of an experienced and qualified ISS Project Superintendent to staff ISS projects. Extensive travel will be required. Candidates for this position can be based anywhere in the United States.
The daily work activities/responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating all field construction activities
Ensuring the delivery of completed projects in compliance with plans and specifications
Determining the equipment and material resources required to execute projects
Collaborating with Project Managers to implement and maintain construction schedules
Working with field crews to address challenging project issues and site conditions
Working with Site Health & Safety (H&S) personnel to implement and enforce H&S practices
Contributing to building a workplace culture based on safety, teamwork, and superior performance
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Must have minimum 5 years of experience working on remedial construction projects involving the following work activities:

SALARY/BENEFITS:
Salaried; Salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
