Familiarity with applicable standards, local building codes, and best practices for uptime and performance in Tier III/IV environments. Skilled in reading engineering drawings, coordination drawings, and system performance specs. OSHA 30 certification or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management. Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar digital construction tools.
