K-12 construction experience is highly desirable.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Strong financial management skills, including subcontractor pay applications and change order processes.
Proficiency with construction project management software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively.
