Project Planning & Coordination

Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably with a high volume homebuilder focused on scattered infill lots.
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously from permitting through final closeout.
Experience with single-family homes, townhomes, small multifamily (duplex, triplex, quadplex) and minor subdivisions.
Strong background in coordinating with trade partners, vendors and municipal inspectors.
Demonstrated success in budget management, schedule control, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes in the Charlotte, NC metro.
Technical Skills
Proficient in construction scheduling software (e.g., Buildertrend)
