Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including: Utility relocates and slope stability works. Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms. Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems. Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground. Moss' General Superintendents plan, schedule, organize and direct the construction of commercial building projects. They are responsible for all field execution of the project. Contractor & Vendor Oversight: Serve as a key point of contact with general contractors, owner-direct vendors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and accountability. Budget & Schedule Management: Track, forecast, and report on project financials and timelines; prepare variance reports and mitigation strategies. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators; foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates and reports to internal leadership and external clients, ensuring transparency and consistency. Risk Management: Identify, document, and proactively resolve issues that could impact project performance. Safety & Quality: Promote and enforce STACK's culture of safety and high-quality standards on all job sites. Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Engineering, EH&S, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and handover of facilities. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years on large-scale, fast-track builds (data centers strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Proven track record managing ground-up, core and shell, sitework, and fit-out projects ($100M+ preferred). Client-facing experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with project management software; Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM familiarity is a plus. Strong financial acumen and attention to detail in cost tracking and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
