Due to substantial project wins they are currently looking for an experienced Superintendent with Healthcare experience out of their office in West Palm Beach. ABOUT THE ROLE Executing the project plan (scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all construction trades). Maintaining safety and quality (conducting inspections and solving field issues). Strictly enforcing specialized healthcare protocols (ICRA/PCRA and ILSM) to protect active patients and staff from construction hazards. Communicating daily progress to all project stakeholders. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE Minimum of five years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a significant focus on healthcare facility construction (e.g., hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings). Thorough understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control protocols (ICRA/PCRA), medical equipment coordination, and relevant regulations (e.g., FGI Guidelines, AHCA).
