The Position:
Torre Construction and Development (TC&D) is looking for a hardworking, motivated ConstructionSuperintendent to join our busy growing team. Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with trades
Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
Desire to be challenged and mentored into a Lead Superintendent role
Experience with commercial or multi-family projects preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily
