This position will not be responsible for the oversight of vertical construction, but will interface with the vertical development construction manager(s) to ensure a successful outcome. Essential Functions Predevelopment: Assist in coordinating preconstruction activities including site diligence, feasibility assessments, initial budgeting and schedule, review of working drawings, and value engineering for all horizontal improvements throughout the project.
