Ability to manage a team of 20+ field employees at any given time. Understanding of construction practices and procedures. Extensive knowledge and execution with respect to project layout, civil, structural, and architectural drawings and interpretations. Extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems: security, fire systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and data systems. Extensive knowledge with schedules and scheduling.
