Role Overview
The Associate Project Manager - Small Cell supports multiple project teams responsible for the design and construction of small cell networks in Colorado and Utah. This role works closely with network design, construction, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of small cell sites within the public Right of Way (ROW).
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple project teams across small cell network design and construction initiatives
Assist with audits of power systems and track overall project progression
Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership

The Superintendent leads a dynamic team of employees in a fast-growing, fast-paced work environment. This position ensures projects are delivered successfully and on time, collaborates with engineers and subcontractors to determine projects needs, and oversees staff performance. The Superintendent follows quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. This role must be available to work full-time (40 hrs/week) subject to overtime, on call (24/7), alternating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay is negotiable.
What You'll Do:
Lead safety and quality control policies among employees and subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule
Plan construction processes and set performance goals and deadlines
Maintain a daily diary of all activities and site conditions and manage the punch list and closeout process for the job
Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
Monitor and report on project progress
Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
Keep track of material stock and orders
Ensure the job site is safe, clean, and orderly and resolve on-site issues and emergencies
Follow company and federal rules, policies, and procedures - wear required safety equipment, respond to and act on safety concerns

What We Need from You:
Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
2 or more years experience in track inspection and maintenance
Previous experience as a foreman or superintendent in railroad construction industry
Willing to submit to a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and random drug tests
Must pass all required assessments/trainings
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites and an in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Must have a great attitude, the ability to motivate team members on site, and strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office

Willing to work in all weather conditions (extreme hot, cold, rain, snow, sleet, etc.)

ALL ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Construction Project Superintendent, your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and overseeing the progress of multiple projects. You lead self-performing crews involved in excavation, concrete work, dewatering, shoring, process piping, yard piping, and the installation of complex treatment equipment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT OR ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Superintendent position: 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a superintendent for a self-performing contractor
Assistant Superintendent position: 5+ years of construction experience, with 2+ years as an assistant superintendent for a self-performing contractor
Experience constructing a water or wastewater infrastructure required. Candidates without experience constructing a water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, or similar will not be considered
Experience managing excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and treatment/processing equipment installation
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality control
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
