This position is based in the office in Lexington and requires regional travel (1-2 hour radius from Lexington) once or twice a week.

Cultivate relationships with existing customers through success project delivery.
Seek new opportunities in conjunction with Bristol Group's business development strategies.
Creation / Development/ Maintenance
In coordination with HR Department, develop a hiring procedure that is efficient, effective, and consistent.
Manage daily / weekly reporting from Superintendent and subcontractors.
Develop project schedules and look-ahead schedules for each project.
Develop personnel forecast to project employment and equipment needs.
Actively participate in policy and procedure development.
Risk management.
Financial Controls
Oversee project buyout process by preparing subcontractor bid packages, negotiating, awarding, and preparing subcontracts.
Oversee purchasing of miscellaneous materials and rental equipment by negotiating and awarding purchase orders.
Manage project change order process.
Manage job cost reporting to project profitability.
Manage project budget and attain or exceed profit goals.
Monitor labor actual vs. budget on self-performed work.
Prepare monthly schedule of values for payment applications.
Success of the position is measured by:

Perform frequent safety walks, ensure all required safety notices are posted on the job site.
Point out any violations of safety policies, reporting them to appropriate stakeholders.
Communicate, respond, and assist Safety Consultant as required.
Address and resolve any on-site disputes or emergencies that arise.
Provide daily / weekly reports in the format used by the Project Manager.
Sign T&M tickets when appropriate and send to Project Manager.
Present a courteous and professional behavior and be a great reflection of our company whenever present on our job sites.
Willingness to participate in company programs (training and engagement) when offered as your schedule allows.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in a Healthcare environment or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
Familiarity with construction management software including Procore preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to build effective teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
OSHA 30 Preferred.
Understanding of safety regulations and Local Code is required.

Construction Project Manager The Construction Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.
$50,000 - $70,000 + Commission
Description
Management and delegate the starting and completion of reconstruction projects.
Train and coach team members that produce reconstruction projects.
Communicate with customer frequently on status
Conduct annual, mid-year and 90-day performance reviews with all direct report team members
Look for, recruit, and onboard new team members
Responsible to assist in resource management with emergency services
Create work orders for projects
Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed
Manage an on-site Foreman on each project
Order materials
Approve purchase orders
Collect Account Receivables
Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations
Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
Provide construction feedback
Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
Conflict resolution with carriers, property owners, vendors and tradespeople
Auditing of customer service complaints
Manage and exceed budget expectations
Assist in collections
Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
Attend industry related trainings and industry association events
Weekly manager on call duties

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Five plus years of experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration/Construction industry
Experience in construction and construction management/supervision
Preferred
Class A or B General Contracting Licenses
Associate Degree or bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities
Observe contractor construction activities and ensure safety protocols and industry best practices are being followed.
Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions when safety or quality concerns are identified.
Identify construction performance issues and collaborate with management and engineering teams to resolve them.
Ensure contractor adherence to schedule, specifications, and quality expectations.
Review and comment on project design documents as needed.
Foster positive working relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, customers, and internal departments.
Document daily contractor activities, including written summaries and photographs.
Coordinate work between multiple contractors and Company operations.
Ensure accurate and thorough daily field observations and reports.
Enforce compliance with company policies, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hot work, confined space, and other safety procedures.
Serve as a point of contact between contractors and other departments impacted by construction activities (e.g., safety, scheduling, material delivery, site regulations).
Perform miscellaneous administrative and field support duties as assigned.
Comply with all company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Experience: 10 years of supervisory or project experience preferred, particularly in civil, electrical, mechanical, operations, or QA/QC.
Certifications: Strong preference for project management certification or equivalent technical training.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong leadership and above-average communication skills.
Advanced understanding of OSHA regulations and construction site safety.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction quality standards, materials, and installation methods.
Familiarity with equipment erection and construction techniques.

Work Environment:
