This candidate will hit the ground running and will help us complete a multi-story Assisted-Living, Memory Care facility boasting approximately 100,000 square feet of space. Utilize construction management software (Procore, Sharepoint, & Teams) for project scheduling and job costing progress. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Arrive at jobsite early to ensure site access and verify subs are arriving on time and performing efficiently and effectively. Get PM involved with any quality issues with subcontractors. Ensure materials are on site as needed and on schedule to avoid unnecessary production delays. Serve as peacekeeper among the trades as needed. Perform frequent safety walks, ensure all required safety notices are posted on the job site. Point out any violations of safety policies, reporting them to appropriate stakeholders. Communicate, respond, and assist Safety Consultant as required. Address and resolve any on-site disputes or emergencies that arise. Provide daily / weekly reports in the format used by the Project Manager. Sign T&M tickets when appropriate and send to Project Manager. Present a courteous and professional behavior and be a great reflection of our company whenever present on our job sites.
