Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Scheduling
Total Site Control: Manage all daily field operations, including site logistics, temporary facilities, and material deliveries.
Schedule Management: Create, maintain, and update the 3-week look-ahead schedule. Ensure all subcontractors are hitting their milestones to keep the Master Schedule on track.
Coordination: Lead weekly foreman meetings to coordinate trade stacking, laydown areas, and upcoming critical activities.
Safety & Quality Control
Safety First: Serve as the primary Site Safety Officer. Conduct weekly safety toolbox talks, enforce OSHA regulations, and ensure a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices.
QA/QC: Implement Paryani's Quality Control program. Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets specifications and high craftsmanship standards
before
it gets covered up.
Infection Control (ICRA): For healthcare projects, strictly enforce Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) measures and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM).
Project Administration
Documentation: Maintain accurate Daily Logs (via Procore or similar), capturing manpower, weather, inspections, and site progress photos.
Code Compliance: Coordinate all inspections with local jurisdictions (fire marshal, building inspectors) and third-party testing agencies.
As-Builts: Maintain a clean set of red-line drawings on-site to track changes and as-built conditions.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects ($1M-$15M+ range).
Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Healthcare, Light Industrial, or complex Commercial interiors is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP specifications. Proficiency with iPad/tablet technology and field management software (Procore, PlanGrid, or Bluebeam).
Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour certification required. First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal skills; ability to have tough conversations with subcontractors while maintaining professional relationships.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
20-25 years of relevant experience, with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge both scope and value of project.
Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
Utility relocates and slope stability works.
Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.

THE WORK:

Project may be long term in one location then move on to the next project.
Position Overview: Supervise assigned project activities including field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, subcontractors and suppliers. Work in conjunction with Project Manager to lead project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight - Monitor subcontractors and trades to meet deadlines and milestones on aggressively paced schedules; review construction and shop drawings for feasibility
Safety & Compliance - Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards; verify subcontractors are properly trained and knowledgeable
Documentation & Reporting - Complete daily/weekly project reports in construction management software; document project status with digital photographs; manage material receiving
Quality Control - Generate QA and punch lists with subcontractors; prepare change orders as required
Coordination - Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and division superintendents across multiple concurrent scopes of work
Required Skills:
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
Read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and safety laws
Forecast scheduling challenges and present solutions
Strong decision-making and team collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 10+ years as on-site Superintendent or Field Engineer
* Industrial Manufacturing Construction and Manufacturing Build Out a Must
Knowledge of sitework, concrete, steel, MEP, and interior finishes
* Renovation experience within live facilities preferred
* Valid driver's license required
Education:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
* Minimum: High School diploma with 15+ years of related experience

Due to continued growth across Metro Atlanta, an established Commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead interiors, renovation, adaptive reuse, and special projects. This role will manage project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing multiple fast-paced scopes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client service.
The project portfolio includes Education, Municipal, Class A Office, Retail, Adaptive Reuse, and Historic Preservation work. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interiors and special projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage multiple concurrent projects or scopes.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and ongoing management.
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
Partner with field leadership to ensure safety and quality.
Serve as primary client contact and support junior staff.
Qualifications:
Commercial general contractor experience required.
Experience in Education, Municipal, Office, Retail, Adaptive Reuse, or Historic projects.
Lead PM experience on interior or renovation projects valued at $2M+.
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
Prior experience managing at least one direct report.
Local to Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate.
