The project will span at least five years and consists of 36 buildings with a total of 100 units. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-end residential or commercial new construction. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, targeting $125K base compensation with onsite normal business hours M-F in Pewaukee. This individual will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards expected in luxury residential construction. All trade work will be subcontracted, and the Superintendent will work directly with the two owners, who will serve as project managers.
