Registration as a CA Civil Engineer or a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is preferred. Knowledge of Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) is desirable. Prior experience with state-and federally-funded projects. Experience on roadway, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, and traffic signalization projects. Proficient computer, writing, organizational, and communication skills. Good problem solving capability and interpersonal skills. Experience with Caltrans Structures is desirable.
