Support proposal efforts and staffing forecasts when requested. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience. Experience managing projects up to $5M or cost-reimbursable projects up to $25M. Bachelor's degree in a related field or professional certification preferred. 40-Hour HAZWOPER (with current refresher). First Aid/CPR certification. USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification (required for federal work). OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other industry-standard tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
