Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Manage project schedules and budgets, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Sage. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters and laborers, ensuring quality control and adherence to blueprints and schematics. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
