Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise craft professionals, including determining logistics plans, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedules, and documenting actual hours worked.
Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, field orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
Oversee all project safety in conjunction with the Safety Department and perform documented safety inspections no less than weekly.
Complete daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations and issues, weather conditions, etc.
Proactively manage and hold all subcontractors accountable to all agreements.
Review and control shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications.
Lead project quality control processes, including managing deviation reports, pre-pour inspections, and testing protocols.
May need to work in a dual role as a craft foreman or work with tools when requested depending on company workload, project size, and other job requirements.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of relative job experience in the construction industry, with a preference for industrial treatment work.
2-year construction degree or equivalent combinations of related technical training/experience.
Proven ability to manage, coach, train, and mentor others.
Understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
Thorough understanding of construction industry practices, standards, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in database management (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and industry-specific software (e.g., Bluebeam).
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
BS degree in engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.

Key Functions
Coordinate with the Project Management team on engineering and procedural plans and suggest project enhancements/value engineering opportunities.
Facilitate the change order process.
Prepare monthly budget analysis, job forecasts, manhour projections, and accrual updates including cost to complete reports.
Manage and update CPM baselines and schedules.
Manage RFI's and engineering-related inquiries.
Ensure all project materials are approved, delivered and tracked accordingly.
Coordinate with the finance department to prepare, review and evaluate weekly/monthly job cost updates.
Update and maintain the company ERP system with all current project information in the appropriate programs.
Balance office responsibilities with job site visits, ensuring strong communication with field supervisors and customers.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in construction management with experience working on catenary systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or considerable relevant Trade Union experience).
PMP Certification strongly preferred.
Experience with ERP management and improvements.
Proficient in the use of Procore, P6, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities
Ability to run profitable projects from $5M - $50M or more

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and supervise craft professionals, including determining logistics plans, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedules, and documenting actual hours worked.
* Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, field orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
* Oversee all project safety in conjunction with the Safety Department and perform documented safety inspections no less than weekly.
* Complete daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations and issues, weather conditions, etc.
* Proactively manage and hold all subcontractors accountable to all agreements.
* Review and control shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications.
* Lead project quality control processes, including managing deviation reports, pre-pour inspections, and testing protocols.
* May need to work in a dual role as a craft foreman or work with tools when requested depending on company workload, project size, and other job requirements.
Qualifications
* 8-10 years of relative job experience in the construction industry, with a preference for industrial treatment work.
* 2-year construction degree or equivalent combinations of related technical training/experience.
* Proven ability to manage, coach, train, and mentor others.
* Understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
* Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
* Thorough understanding of construction industry practices, standards, and safety protocols.
* Proficiency in database management (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and industry-specific software (e.g., Bluebeam).
* Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
* BS degree in engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Complete and upload jobsite log, progress photos, and activity reports to construction management software.

Manage building inspections.

Experience
10+ years of commercial construction experience, primarily ground-up for a General Contractor.
Hospitality construction experience preferred (3+ years).

Proficient with construction management software and able to quickly learn new platforms.
Certifications & Credentials
OSHA 30 and CPR certified (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
