Job Description Acquire and apply the appropriate knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures regarding the Phase II process (from sheetrock tape and float to home completion) and perform warranty service according to Company procedures. Collaborate with the Superintendent and key stakeholders to develop project plans, means and methods, recordkeeping, and schedule monitoring. Develop recovery strategies when project schedules or budgets are at risk. Manage all facets of project close-out, including document archiving, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work. Complete full project estimates, including reviewing specs, performing take-offs, compiling subcontractor quotes, and writing estimates. Identify and implement opportunities for cost reductions, increased profitability, and process improvement. Maintain awareness of industry trends and the current marketplace to sustain competitive advantage.
