This position will also manage the job daily and prioritize work for all direct reports. EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE 6+ years of document control, project engineering, or project coordinator experience in the construction industry is required. Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, any Engineering discipline, or related field or equivalent education, training, and experience is preferred. Experience with commercial construction including independent living facilities, housing authority, multi-family homes, industrial, and/or educational institutions is required. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Working experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS), such as Kahua is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Project) is required.
