Ensure adequate construction management resources are in place. Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and waste management during the construction phase. Develop and update a construction and demolition strategy, ensuring all team members and contractors are aligned and understand their responsibilities. Manage logistics and materials in line with lean construction methodologies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
