Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily construction activities for high-rise projects, including multi-family, hotel, and office tower developments. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. Maintain effective communication with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-rise construction, specifically multi-family, hotel, and office tower projects. Proven experience managing the day-to-day activities of large, ground-up projects. Strong understanding of all 16-CSI trade classifications and their application in construction. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities on-site. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (but not required). OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools is a plus.
