Support project performance evaluations using EVM, trend analysis, and cost reporting. Review and communicate schedule/cost variances with stakeholders. Support Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Acquisition Tasks. Assist the Government in developing and reviewing PWS and RFP templates, and standard operating procedures. Gather background data and help document requirements. Support Technical Reviews and Risk Assessments. Evaluate project risk registers and mitigation plans for consistency across the portfolio. Assist with the identification of risk escalation to the appropriate stakeholder. Support development of risk mitigation strategies. Serve as a strategic interface between construction execution and program-level reporting.
