We're looking for senior tradespeople with geotechnical construction experience including: soil nailing, micropiles, shotcrete, rock drilling, grouting, and case drilling. This is a travel job with projects across the US. Crews work a 3-week on, 1-week off schedule.
All of our work is geotechnical, including geohazard projects like landslide repair, mudslide repair and erosion control, where experienced tradespeople play a critical role in our success.
Responsibilities
Working with a Superintendent and teammates, apply your skills effectively to get work done efficiently, safely and correctly.
Work in your specialty area but be willing and able to contribute any work that helps drive project success.
Travel across the US to do work. We travel on 3-week on, 1-week off or 5-day on, 2-day off schedules depending on the location of the crew member and the work.
Learn and apply new skills so you can do more: machines, soils technology, specialty techniques, leadership and problem-solving principles.
Qualifications
3+ years of geotechnical or civil construction experience
Heavy equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator, concrete/grout pump, etc.)
Equipment cleanup and maintenance.
Experience with casing, rock drilling or similar.
Experience with Shotcrete.
At least one year of traveling construction labor experience.
At least one year of working outside in all conditions.
Ability to understand and meet daily production targets.
A history of problem solving; the ability to grasp a problem, see a solution, and do whatever it takes to get the problem solved.
A history of complying with construction crew safety principles and tools.
Ability to be on time, all the time, every time.

What You Get To Do
Open and load meat onto a conveyor table.
Use a scale to weigh product according to specifications.
Pack product according to specifications in either boxes or bags.
Ensure the product is packed using the correct packaging labels and packaging materials.
Ensure packaged box or bag is in good condition.
Utilize Cryovac or other machines to pack product.
Palletize boxes.
Flip product from baskets to combos.
Marinate product.
Operate a grinder.
General housekeeping and other duties, as assigned.
What We Want From You
You will need to work overtime, when necessary, including occasional Saturdays.
You are required to wear all personal protective equipment.
You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and push up to 60 pounds depending on specific function being performed.
Ability to crouch and bend.
Ability to work with cold or frozen materials in a cold environment.
Meat processing, food processing, and/or other refrigerated manufacturing experience preferred.
At least one year of continuous experience in each of your previous jobs preferred.

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv.
Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew.
Full Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming.
Work Environment is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building.
Overnight Travel will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time.

Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles
Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation

Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
