BOWA Construction General Laborer - Construction We are seeking a hands-on, versatile Construction Laborer to support general construction and maintenance efforts across diverse project types, including K-12 schools, higher education campuses, aviation facilities, and ground-up builds. You might be the one we are looking for Laborer! Laborers work on construction projects, and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris. Duties and Responsibilities Signals operators on machinery. Help the journeymen with any job duties involved in the construction and demolition process. Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards. Controlling traffic passing near work zones. May Run the Water Truck Perform any other duties related to the job site Regular attendance required. Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.
