Assist from the ground or bucket truck with pulling, lashing, and securing cables.
Keep the work area clean, remove debris, and store unused materials properly.
Wear PPE and follow all safety rules.
Check and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment daily.
Listen to instructions from the foreman or lineman and work as part of the crew.
Perform other duties as needed to support aerial construction work.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, utilities, or telecom.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and at heights.
Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on uneven ground.
Familiar with power tools and rigging equipment is a plus.
Willing to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including overtime.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain.
Must pass drug and background checks.
