Job Title: Construction Helper Department: Construction Reports To: Construction Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary The Construction Helper partners with the Construction Crew Leader to complete the necessary tasks and projects for the construction department Essential Duties & Responsibilities Make the vehicle ready for the day planned by the work assigned, (Load parts according to what is given by the inventory coordinator, ice for cooler, etc.). Assist in loading and unloading of heavy equipment. Assist the Crew Leader in completing the work. Assist the Crew Leader with maintaining required vehicle logs. Ensure all tools are accounted for, cleaned, and organized on the truck or job trailer. Keep the job inventory accurate.
