Job Description Preforms skilled construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and operation of hand and power tools. Support excavation, concrete, demolition, and general project activities while maintaining clean, safe work area. This role requires adherence to state safety regulations and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals. The ability to logically diagnose and solve complex equipment issues independently is critical. A steady hand and good hand-eye coordination are necessary for working with small parts. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures is crucial. The ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments about issues and solutions is important. Must be able to pass a Laborer Craft proficiency test at or above 70% or complete the NCCER certification for your craft.
