Working closely with Dispatch, the Labor Superintendent will ensure seamless coordination of manpower assignments and execution of the project schedule. Key Responsibilities: Personnel Management Allocate all union labor to Field Service and Construction projects. Coordinate with the Equipment Manager and Transportation Dispatcher to schedule and mobilize qualified crane operators and other specialized labor.
