Completes daily Foreman Report, tracks and logs daily site works, verifies accuracy and submits in a timely manner.
Enforces established job site policies, procedures, and standards of performance.

Coordinate required paperwork and signoffs for owner acceptance

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Civil Construction Field
Minimum 5 years expertise in the field of concrete repair, experience in coatings and waterproofing and/or cathodic protection of concrete is an advantage

Job Duties:
- Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects as well as related civil structures (roads, dams, bridges, facilities, utilities, etc.) to verify compliance with approved design specifications, industry standards, safety codes, and applicable federal regulations.
- Documents inspection results inclusive of deficiencies, deterioration, structural condition, deviations between design and execution of construction, required corrective actions and any needed sampling.
- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications in coordination with engineers and project management teams.
- Monitors construction progress, prepares and maintains detailed daily reports, deficiency notices, project status reports, and technical recommendations.

- Oversees and coordinates field construction related services on projects, enforcing adherence to safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS
Our construction work is usually outside, subject to extremes of temperature and humidity. Each employee should dress and eat/hydrate according to those conditions. Please communicate with Site Foreman/Leadman, which monitors all breaks and in cases of extreme heat/cold accommodates the work required and breaks accordingly.
At times there is moving machinery; work must be done in high or hazardous places, and sometimes there is exposure to fumes, airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher at times.

Job DescriptionThis position is based out of our Austell, Georgia office and services the west side of Atlanta/Georgia.
Works with a crew to build, install, and repair overhead telecom lines. Helps set up job sites, move materials, operate tools, and assist linemen with aerial work. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work outdoors, follow directions, and stay safe on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Help install and repair aerial fiber optic and coaxial cables on poles.
Carry, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
Set up and take down work zones, including safety cones, signs, and barricades.
Operate basic hand tools and small equipment under foreman direction.
Assist from the ground or bucket truck with pulling, lashing, and securing cables.
Keep the work area clean, remove debris, and store unused materials properly.
Wear PPE and follow all safety rules.
Check and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment daily.
Listen to instructions from the foreman or lineman and work as part of the crew.
Perform other duties as needed to support aerial construction work.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, utilities, or telecom.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and at heights.
Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on uneven ground.
Familiar with power tools and rigging equipment is a plus.
Willing to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including overtime.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain.
Must pass drug and background checks.

General Construction Laborer (EPC Construction)

The primary duties of the General Laborer are to safely assist crews with various types of construction projects. Projects range from performance contracting, energy efficiency retrofit, and backup/supplemental power distribution generator equipment emplacement. The General Laborer will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of his/her crew members along with the timely completion of each project they are assigned. Laborers need to have the ability to communicate with residents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
+ Minimum one year of experience as a general laborer or skilled trades apprentice.
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ Ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate in English.
+ Must be willing and able to travel 75-85%+ as required (driving company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary).
+ Possess an in-depth knowledge of construction processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain safe and healthy work sites by following company standards and procedures while complying with legal requirements.
+ Properly use hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Proficiently learn all aspects of the installation process.
+ Must be punctual, organized, and professional.
+ Properly communicate with Senior Staff to ensure each project is installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with determined timelines.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
+ Travel required (75-85%+), must be willing and able to drive company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.
+ Must be able to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time.
+ Must possess the manual dexterity to operate hand tools.
Work environment may include, but are not limited to the following: Exposure to weather in varying climates, exposure to noise intensity levels, exposure to energized electrical equipment, exposure to overhead hazards (crane & rigging), and exposure to heavy machinery.
