JOB DESCRIPTION Installer Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment Previous experience working in the construction industry Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license. Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 22 kg Walks and stand for long periods of time Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions Foster a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust and respect. Requirements Qualifications & Standards A valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record (Required) Ability to listen well and follow directions. Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team. A commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner. Reliable and punctual attendance Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic ability to read and write legibly. High character, honesty and integrity essential Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times. Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions. Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement. Experience working with tools and equipment specific to erosion control installations (preferred) Experience pulling a trailer (preferred) Must have a reliable cell phone.
