Position Summary: The construction laborer will be responsible for supporting projects by performing a wide range tasks on job sites. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Digging trenches, holes and ditches * Mixing concrete * Staging, organizing and cleaning up work sites * May operate hand and power tools * Load and unload equipment, clear work areas, and transport materials * Other duties to be assigned Education, Experience & Qualifications: * Prior concrete experience preferred * Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements * This position requires climbing, kneeling, bending and crawling often as well as the ability to work on ladders, platforms and mechanical lifts * Must be able to understand English * Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. * Valid Driver's License required Travel: Travel may be required for this position as the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. F&B will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable. Work Environment: As a Laborer, you will be subject to various work environments. Environments include but are not limited to the following: high/low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, indoor/outdoor settings. What you will be doing Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites. Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards. Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction. Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures. Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction. Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan. Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
