Laborer / Traveling Position - This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to advance Russellville, AR / Dardanelle, AR Full- Time / Hourly About the Role: The Laborer position is a vital role responsible for supporting various manual tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all on-site equipment, including but not limited to front-end loaders, forklifts, skid loaders and grinders. Must be able to operate large pieces of equipment safely and effectively, and be able to self-perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with the operating equipment. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Load, unload, and move materials and equipment to designated areas on the work site. Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by preparing tools and materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety and efficiency. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling components as required. Support the setup and breakdown of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Assist in the inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning. Arrive and be ready to work by your scheduled start time Fuel, blow out air filters and radiators, and grease all points on equipment at the facility.
