Job Description About the Role: M&J Enterprises Construction Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled TTT1 and TTT2 Tower Hands to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Tower Hand, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and associated equipment. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safety and quality of all work performed. Job Duties: - Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects as well as related civil structures (roads, dams, bridges, facilities, utilities, etc.) to verify compliance with approved design specifications, industry standards, safety codes, and applicable federal regulations. - Documents inspection results inclusive of deficiencies, deterioration, structural condition, deviations between design and execution of construction, required corrective actions and any needed sampling. - Review contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications in coordination with engineers and project management teams. - Monitors construction progress, prepares and maintains detailed daily reports, deficiency notices, project status reports, and technical recommendations. - Inspects and verifies construction materials and testing processes (concrete breaks, compaction testing, welding/joint inspections, pressure testing, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications and standards - Oversees and coordinates field construction related services on projects, enforcing adherence to safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements - Conducts site investigations, reviews relevant data including maps, reports, test results, drawings and others as required. - Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, technical assessments, safety meetings, and project closeout/punch list activities. - Ensures compliance with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and delivers technical files and other technical documentation as required. - Develops, trains, and mentors junior construction professionals, provides technical direction, and serves as a liaison between contractors, engineering staff, and client. - Performs other duties as required. \#LI-LP2 **Job Title:** Construction Inspection Specialist (Flex Staff) **Group:** FSI ENT WFT Field **Employment Type:** Temporary **Minimum Qualifications:** - High School Diploma - At least 5 years of relevant construction experience. Set dollies under heavy equipment and jack up in air to move to another area (used in close areas in adverse and ideal conditions with arms extended, contracted and leg muscles utilized often). Load heavy loads and transport throughout hotel and deliver to necessary personnel or offices with arms extended and contracted and lifting for short and extended periods of time in adverse and ideal conditions on level and uneven surfaces.
