Qualifications: Skilled Level: 3+ years of metal building experience, with proficiency in welding, framing, trimming, and sheeting. Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Moderate Experience: 1-3 years of general construction experience, with a basic understanding of job site procedures.
