Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Hand unloads incoming Greenstock or supplies onto pallets from incoming trailers. Recycle the jars and dump the bags in the cooler.
* Grading Room: Supervise the flow of Greenstock. Sweep the floor as required and remove garbage and chip off grade to the appropriate plant location. Transport totes and tanks of Greenstock to various areas of the plant. Net pickles in the line when needed and cut. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Bucket Operation: Transport empty pails from the storage area to the five-gallon line. Feed and/or stack five-gallon pails on the production line. Transport empty skids to the bucket line. * Hand Pack line: Dump and supply empty glass as needed. Hand dump glass when needed. Stack full cases onto pallets as needed, dump garbage and weigh production lines, feed boxes into the empty conveyor, remove full jars from line during downtime, help with the production rework.
* Auto pack line: Dump/supply empty glass. Feed empty boxes into the button box conveyor in front of the case packer. Responsible for the general housekeeping and sanitation around the production line. Remove full off grade totes/carts dumps and weigh cart as needed and positions containers to the accurate area. Supplies topping Greenstock to the packers. Repack and transport rework jars of product back to the production line. Remove full jars from line during downtime. Help with product rework.
* Gallon Line: Supply empty, spiced glass. Transport full and empty Greenstock tanks to and from the grading room. Supply the packers with green stock. Cap the filled, brined jars when needed. Place tampers evident seals on jars. Place the capped jars in the box, seal the box and place the box on a pallet in the accurate pallet pattern. Dump garbage from the production line. Operate shell cannons and pickle feeding equipment.
* Spear Line: Dump/supply empty glass as needed. Stack full cases onto pallets as needed. Is responsible for the general housekeeping and sanitation around the production line. Supply packing Greenstock to the packing rework table. Transport tanks of Greenstock to center packers and center cutters. Control flow of cucumbers to spear packers. Empty garbage off grade totes and transport to the accurate area. Clean up and set-up of lines for different products. Net pickles to line as needed.
* Greenstock Cooler: Dump tote bins, boxes and/or tanks into Osaka tanks supplying the grading area. Remove Greenstock tickets from bins/boxes. Hand dump (open, dump, aside) wire bound containers of bags of Greenstock and tote bins and feeding the washers. Supervise the conveyor system to accurately control the amount of Greenstock in the soaker tank and encourage the washers. Remove skids and cardboard (wooded totes) from the dumper. Performs the general sanitation required to keep the work area clean. Maintain sanitary conditions with use of hairnets, smocks, and aprons. Supply totes, boxes and or tanks to the washing systems when the lift driver is not available. Tops the ice bins, boxes of cucumbers. Record, collect and analyze data. Perform grit test. Performs labor duties when required. Responsible for accurate rotation of Greenstock by code date. Perform additional miscellaneous duties as advised by the supervisor.
* Additional Tasks: Operate electric walkie truck. Perform any additional duties assigned by the respective supervisor. Collect, record, and analyze data (tags all off grade and waste materials with accurate identification stickers). Recycle raw material, cardboard, plastic, caps, etc. Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Cut cardboard +boxes with utility knife.
Expected Experience & Required Skills:
* Must pass certified training course to use electric hand jack. One-month training to accurately learn all jobs.
Work Environment & Schedule:
This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Overtime and weekend work required as dictated by business needs. Job Title: General Laborer Business Unit: WhiteCo, a Congruex Company Department: Construction Reports To: Construction Manager Employment Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) We are looking for an Underground Construction General Laborer to join our growing team. The General Laborer will be responsible for placing conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduit sections (install couplers), place anchors, pedestals, vaults, and more to complete construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry but on the job training is provided.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Assist in loading and unloading all equipment, materials, and supplies needed for daily work
Safely operate tamps, jackhammers, core drills, concrete saws, and other miscellaneous equipment
Hand dig with shovels, picks, and digging bars to expose located utilities, access u/g vaults and pedestals, and complete trenches
Place conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduits sections (install couplers), place anchors, pedestals, vaults, etc. to complete construction tasks
Fully restore worksite at completion of work: refill trenches and holes, tamp soil, replant plants or shrubs, place temporary asphalt on streets
When required, and if appropriately license and authorized, drive or operate construction equipment
Assist leadership with all duties
Represent WhiteCo in a positive and professional manner at all times
Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment assigned for use
Perform duties in standard and high-risk areas
Safely and successfully perform duties all year round
Perform physical tasks required to successfully complete day-to-day operations
Travel overnight to various sites as requested
Required Skills:
Valid Driver's License (unrestricted)

* Hand unloads incoming Greenstock or supplies onto pallets from incoming trailers. Recycle the jars and dump the bags in the cooler.
* Grading Room: Supervise the flow of Greenstock. Sweep the floor as required and remove garbage and chip off grade to the appropriate plant location. Transport totes and tanks of Greenstock to various areas of the plant. Net pickles in the line when needed and cut. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Bucket Operation: Transport empty pails from the storage area to the five-gallon line. Feed and/or stack five-gallon pails on the production line. Transport empty skids to the bucket line. General housekeeping and sanitation of their work area. Net pickles to the grading belt when necessary. Start application of lids on buckets by hammering. Transport filled bucket skids if required by Supervisor. Net, cut and transport pickles to the gallon line.
* Hand Pack line: Dump and supply empty glass as needed. Hand dump glass when needed. Stack full cases onto pallets as needed, dump garbage and weigh production lines, feed boxes into the empty conveyor, remove full jars from line during downtime, help with the production rework.
* Auto pack line: Dump/supply empty glass. Feed empty boxes into the button box conveyor in front of the case packer. Responsible for the general housekeeping and sanitation around the production line. Remove full off grade totes/carts dumps and weigh cart as needed and positions containers to the accurate area. Supplies topping Greenstock to the packers. Repack and transport rework jars of product back to the production line. Remove full jars from line during downtime. Help with product rework.
* Gallon Line: Supply empty, spiced glass. Transport full and empty Greenstock tanks to and from the grading room. Supply the packers with green stock. Cap the filled, brined jars when needed. Place tampers evident seals on jars. Place the capped jars in the box, seal the box and place the box on a pallet in the accurate pallet pattern. Dump garbage from the production line. Operate shell cannons and pickle feeding equipment.
* Spear Line: Dump/supply empty glass as needed. Stack full cases onto pallets as needed. Is responsible for the general housekeeping and sanitation around the production line. Supply packing Greenstock to the packing rework table. Transport tanks of Greenstock to center packers and center cutters. Control flow of cucumbers to spear packers. Empty garbage off grade totes and transport to the accurate area. Clean up and set-up of lines for different products. Net pickles to line as needed.
* Greenstock Cooler: Dump tote bins, boxes and/or tanks into Osaka tanks supplying the grading area. Remove Greenstock tickets from bins/boxes. Hand dump (open, dump, aside) wire bound containers of bags of Greenstock and tote bins and feeding the washers. Supervise the conveyor system to accurately control the amount of Greenstock in the soaker tank and encourage the washers. Remove skids and cardboard (wooded totes) from the dumper. Performs the general sanitation required to keep the work area clean. Maintain sanitary conditions with use of hairnets, smocks, and aprons. Supply totes, boxes and or tanks to the washing systems when the lift driver is not available. Tops the ice bins, boxes of cucumbers. Record, collect and analyze data. Perform grit test. Performs labor duties when required. Responsible for accurate rotation of Greenstock by code date. Perform additional miscellaneous duties as advised by the supervisor.
* Additional Tasks: Operate electric walkie truck. Perform any additional duties assigned by the respective supervisor. Collect, record, and analyze data (tags all off grade and waste materials with accurate identification stickers). Recycle raw material, cardboard, plastic, caps, etc. Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Cut cardboard +boxes with utility knife.

**Ceco Concrete Construction is the nation's largest concrete subcontractor.** Ceco was founded in 1912 and has more than 100 years of experience serving the commercial construction markets, partnering with our clients to provide value to projects of varying scope and complexity.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.
* Operating motorized equipment including power tools & saws.
* Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
* Assist in pouring of concrete.
* Install/remove shoring per instructions.
* Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending upon project site.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested.
* Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
* Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, hammers.
**Preferred Experience**
