Essential Functions
Upon arrival at job site:
Place all work site signage in correct locations.
Unload equipment and set up or lay out, pumps, hoses, shooter, generators, tripod/harness, etc.
During liner installation:
Assist liner though the middle of the manhole (may require entering manhole)
If using steam cure, ensure the liner is properly banded on samples in place and hole is correctly placed in the liner.
Operate the steam stand and ensure correct air pressure is applied and adjust with the boiler operator as needed. During cure time:
Make sure all by-pass pumps are running/pumping and assist the boiler operator to get thermostat temperature readings.
When liner is set:
Ensure everything is properly cut inside the manhole
Ensure all tools and equipment are placed back in the truck neatly
Ensure all signage is picked up and placed back in the truck neatly
If the TV operator is cutting services, ensure he is in the line.
If using water cure method, make the lay flay is ready with all equipment needed
Keep the truck clean and neatly organized
Ensure all paperwork and logs are turned in at the end of each week
Be a team player and help with whatever is needed to get the liner completed, resulting in a good final product.

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv.
Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew.
Full Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming.
Work Environment is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building.
Overnight Travel will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time.

Position Summary:
The Skilled Laborer position is a full-time position with direct responsibility for the safe day-to-day physical activities related to the construction of roadway signs, lighting, electrical, traffic signals, ITS, traffic calming, maintenance of traffic, and heavy civil roadway construction. This position will work alongside other employees, and occasionally subcontractors, installing and constructing roadway projects, including maintenance of traffic (MOT), excavation (by hand and equipment run by operator), flagging, backfill, placement and tying of reinforcing steel, concrete placement, among other labor-intensive tasks.
The primary skills required include excavating, hand digging and backfilling to install foundations for ground mounted and overhead sign structures, light poles, traffic signals, and junction boxes. Other typical Skilled Laborer activities include mixing grout, installing signposts and sign panels, removal of existing sign structures, installing and maintaining maintenance of traffic features, digging trenches, cleaning up debris, and other duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform flagging, traffic closures, and relevant tasks as assigned.
Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials.
Installation of erosion and sediment controls (i.e., silt fence, super silt fence, gutter buddies, etc.).
Must be willing to perform manual labor-related tasks to support projects.
Must wear approved safety boots or shoes, long pants, and four-inch sleeves on shirts. PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, class 3 vests, and gloves) is required and will be provided.
