We are currently hiring Construction Laborers with a valid CDL license to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely. The starting pay is $34.00 per hour. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with trauma-informed services or training, a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED In order to perform the essential functions of this job, the employee must possess the following: A working knowledge of Riveon Mental Health and Recovery Policy and Procedures, including sensitivity to consumers and adherence to clients' rights, confidentiality, and health and safety issues. The successful candidate will be that person who is flexible, dependable and able to provide a mature leadership role. The job requires the candidate to work as a team, thus the cooperation and collaboration will be the key factor in the employee's success. WORKING CONDITIONS Most of the work will be on site at a residential living facility. The individual will have frequent client contact and must have strong speaking and language skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Some time is spent in an office environment. The employee may be required to sit for extended periods and will spend a portion of their time on the telephone. Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift and push minimal loads at various times. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a residential setting. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of and experience in the mental health field and substance abuse required. Above average communication and written skills. The ability to work flexible hours. Basic computer skills required, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Candidates with educational backgrounds and training in trauma-informed and/or trauma-specific services, a plus. The necessity for travel in this job requires that the employee possess a valid Ohio driver's license with less than 6 points in a 36-month period and use of a personal vehicle. Favorable references and/or evaluations are required.
