Prepare work sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces. Maintain safe and clean job sites at all times. Support the crew in achieving daily production goals while ensuring high-quality results. Follow direction from crew leaders and communicate effectively on-site. Perform additional general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications: WHAT YOU BRING Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods. Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is helpful but not required. Familiarity with small equipment or paving/concrete tools is a plus.
