Key Responsibilities
Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing for foundations, pads, and pole bases.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is currently seeking constructionworkers including form carpenters, rebar placement, concrete placement, and track hoe operators. Our work includes deep foundations, complicated machine foundations, quarry foundations and heavy industrial structural renovations. There is very little need for long days of finishing concrete, we do not do flatwork. However, concrete finishing experience is preferred.
Employees will be based out of Kinsley's North East, MD office but travel in the mid-Atlantic region for projects will be required. Kinsley will provide hotels and transportation for this required work-related travel.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Use and/or assist with instruments for precise layout
Perform and/or supervise excavation and backfill
Non CDL truck driving may be required
Perform formwork, placement of anchor bolts and placement of embeds
Perform placement of rebar
Perform placement of concrete including large mass pours, foundations, formed piers, formed walls, supported slabs and small areas of slab on grade
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED is required; secondary education is appreciated and will be considered when determining pay scale
3-5 years of experience is required
Operators must be experienced with track hoes and rubber tire hoes; all sizes
Comprehension of construction drawings is required
Must be familiar with all means of placement and curing of concrete
Must be able to operate manual transmissions
Current driver's license is required

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Laborer is to assist in the mobilization and demobilization to and from jobsites, as well as the setup, installation, removal, and teardown of equipment at jobsites. The Laborer will also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team's success.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Setup and teardown equipment and systems for assigned job operations
Load, unload and transport materials and equipment to/from job sites
Move and/or maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses and other equipment
Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork per company procedure
Complete minor repairs of equipment on site as well as preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles or equipment as directed and as required
Clean, organize and maintain jobsites as required
Clean, organize and maintain yard and shop areas as required
Perform other tasks and duties as requested
Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards
Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card
Ability to work long hours in extreme weather
