REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Certifications in HAZWOPER (40-hour) and fall protection
Experience with PIVs and mobile crane safety standards (e.g., OSHA 1926 Subpart CC).

- Monitors construction progress, prepares and maintains detailed daily reports, deficiency notices, project status reports, and technical recommendations.
- Inspects and verifies construction materials and testing processes (concrete breaks, compaction testing, welding/joint inspections, pressure testing, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Oversees and coordinates field construction related services on projects, enforcing adherence to safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements
- Conducts site investigations, reviews relevant data including maps, reports, test results, drawings and others as required.
- Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, technical assessments, safety meetings, and project closeout/punch list activities.
- Ensures compliance with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and delivers technical files and other technical documentation as required.

About the Role
The Laborer is responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites for the erection of structures and buildings.
Primary Responsibilities
Unloads and loads materials and mixed concrete
Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other construction site workers
Operate jackhammers and earth tampers
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Desired 1-2 years of experience
Knowledge of general safety procedures
