Attend job walks, meet with project management, contractors, and governing agencies. Ensure the project construction team does not start the giveaway process until the approval process have been completed. CS must review recipient's property prior to agreeing to provide soil. The CS should evaluate and identify any hazards in advance. This requires a knowledge of trucks and underground utilities to be sure that the right sized trucks are ordered and that they do not damage any underground utilities. Overhead lines and structures should also be noted and evaluated to determine if deliveries can be made safely. CS is to be on recipient's property during first dirt deliveries. Many projects of a larger size will have more than one recipient.
