Understands all subcontractors' scopes; assures subcontractors maintain schedules, and quality standards to meet contract requirements
Assists the Project Manager with subcontractor disputes, quality control, and schedule coordination
Works with the Project Manager and owner's representatives to ensure work complies with drawings and specifications
Supports the Project Manager in the negotiation of claims and changes
Provides input to Project Manager regarding cost and schedule forecasts
Assists the Project Manager with Change Order review
Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner
Mentors Project Associates assigned to the project
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
A minimum of three years' experience on construction projects in a Healthcare Foreman or Healthcare General Foreman role (or higher) position
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise small to midsized groups
Good organization, multi-tasking, leadership, and decision-making ability
Basic computer skills preferred

Now, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our growing construction team with a background in tiling and coping. Responsible for installing tile around the edge of residential or commercial pools.
Duties:
Install, repair, and replace pool tile, coping, and decorative stonework
Prepare pool surfaces by cleaning, grinding, leveling, and waterproofing as needed
Mix and apply thinset, grout, mortar, and other bonding materials correctly and safely
Cut tile and coping materials to precise measurements using appropriate tools
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finish of tile and coping for a clean, uniform appearance
Inspect existing tile and coping for cracks, loose sections, or structural issues
Perform demolition of old tile, coping, and surrounding materials when required
Seal tile, stone, and coping surfaces to protect against water intrusion and staining
Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other team members to meet project specifications
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and pool-industry standards
Requirements
Experience in tile and coping.
Active valid US driver's license with a clean 3 year history.
Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50lbs.
Must not have a conviction of a felony or 1st class misdemeanor involving crimes against a person or child, crimes against property, theft or fraud, or drug crimes related to trafficking or manufacture
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), a plus but not required.
