What Your Job Will Be Like
We are seeking professional construction workers (job title: Facilities Technologist) with demonstrated skills and experience in performing construction activities involving carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, structural. You will use your reasoning abilities, self-determination / drive, and strong customer service skills to perform your duties.
On any given day, you will be called on to:
* Perform a variety of construction-related functions.
* Read engineering drawings, blueprints, standards and specifications in order to install facility systems and components to specifications and code.
* Demolish, install, test, and repair of facility structures, systems, and components.
* Understand and follow Universal Building Codes during construction.
* Use and maintain tools of the trade to perform work.
* Use mathematical skills to measure, mark, cut, and lay out material and erect or assemble systems.
* Perform general facility systems or equipment maintenance or repairs as required.
* Collaborate and work as a team with other workers to produce finished construction projects timely and efficiently.

Salary Range

Qualifications We Require
