We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Construction Laborers to join our team. Successful candidates will assist in the construction and installation of landscaping projects, including hardscapes, softscapes, and site preparation. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, fences, decks, and other hardscape features Grade and prepare soil for planting, sod installation, or seeding Operate small machinery and hand tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and compactors Load and unload materials including soil, stone, mulch, and construction supplies Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors or landscape designers Maintain a clean and safe worksite Support irrigation and drainage system installation Lay sod, plant trees/shrubs, and perform basic landscaping tasks as needed Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Qualifications: Prior experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to take direction and work well in a team Valid driver's license is a plus Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious Work Environment: Outdoor construction sites Exposure to weather elements (sun, rain, cold, heat) Use of power tools and heavy equipment (training provided if needed); experience preferred Compensation and Benefits: Starting wage depends on experience Employer provided insurance (health, accident, life) 8 paid holidays Values' driven, highly regarded Utah County company JOB CODE: 1000001
