We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn a paycheck while learning valuable, hands-on skills that can lead to long-term opportunities. No extensive experience required-we provide training and mentorship on the job. What you'll do: You'll assist across multiple areas of the company, including job sites, the warehouse, and the sheet metal fabrication shop. Your day may include residential or commercial work or driving an Encon vehicle for deliveries-perfect for someone who enjoys variety. Job Responsibilities Loading/unloading truck, material handling and staging Jobsite cleanup and organization Setting up ladders, scaffolding (non-certified use only) Spotting and assisting licensed techs/installers Maintaining tools and equipment Assisting in sheet metal fabrication (non-precision tasks) Operating basic shop equipment if trained and authorized Assembling duct sections under supervision Sealing, taping, and insulating ductwork Labeling and organizing fabricated materials Shop cleanup and material staging Assist in hanging ductwork and supports (per instructions) Installing grilles, registers, diffusers Installing insulation, liners, and vibration isolation Assisting with unit setting (rigging support only) Running line set covers and sleeves What Makes This Different?
