Reimbursement - Consistently demonstrate the ability to stay informed on reimbursement dynamics, anticipate and effectively address payer access issues (IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) using Lundbeck resources.
Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance - Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, including accountability and adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures and FDA regulations regarding the promotion of pharmaceutical and medical products.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
2-5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
Self-starter, with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills
Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Problem-Solving: Proven analytical skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles

TRAVEL:

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range $108,000 to $125,000 and eligibility for a sales incentive target of $39,000. 7. Maintains courteous and continuing relations with customer base and working knowledge of customers' base industries and equipment needs. Proactively maintains a territory call route to include: follow up, cold calls and general prospecting of new customers.
8. Promotes the sale of Company parts and service. Facilitates communications between customer and the other departments.
9. Maintains a superior level of knowledge and expertise in the trucking industry in general and Kenworth Trucks in particular. Attends off-site training courses and seminars as required by supervisor. Maintains and keeps current on all online OEM supplied training paths as outlined by supervisor.

11. Communicates with Receptionist and branch department managers as to whereabouts.
12. Truck Sales Person's work day shall start and end physically present at the Dealership from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Sometimes after hours and Saturdays when appointments have been set to meet with customers, unless previously communicated to the New/Used Truck Sales Managers.
13. All PTO is to be submitted and approved utilizing the Ultipro HR management system prior to taking days off.

Used Truck Sales Representative Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Broad knowledge of all types of new and used Class 7 and 8 trucks and their components. Familiarity with trucking industry, computer systems, current software and large data bases. Must have previous successful sales experience in truck sales or similar industry. Working Conditions:
This position involves both sedentary and physically demanding work. The Used Truck Sales Representative works both indoors and out. PURPOSE
The Primary Care Sales Specialist - Hybrid is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products consistent with Bayer's compliance standards as well as all applicable legal requirements for those key targeted Health Care Providers (HCP's) and hospital systems within an assigned territory. The CSS will pull through access and drive utilization for approved CV products with appropriate patients.
The span of coverage will be within the following metropolitan areas: Spokane, WA., Coeur d'Alene, ID., Pullman, WA., and Western Montana (Missoula, Kalispell).
Travel up to 40% within the territory.
The position is residence-based and the candidate must be domiciled within the territory, preferably within the Spokane, Washington or Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area as that is the center of the territory
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Specialist - Hybrid (Territory) are to:
Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) nephrology, endocrinology, primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV products. The CSC works closely with other Bayer commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers and community HCP's;
Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes, nephrology and CVD, the marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
Develop and implement effective customer specific territory plans;
Communicate insights to internal stakeholders;
Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions for success;
Has long standing relationships with key customers and an in-depth knowledge of the disease state, key drivers, influencers and prescribing patterns in their territory;
Effectively handle customer objections and exceed customer expectations with the value they bring to physicians;
Occasionally you will be called on to share your exemplary skills with others in the region in a training capacity.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree;
Pharmaceutical sales experience;
Proven track record of consistent high performance;
Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws;
Ability to comply with any customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., up-to-date vaccinations, trainings);
Valid Driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle (driving record must meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers and MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree;
5 + years of industry sales experience;
2+ years of experience in promotion of cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or nephrology pharmaceuticals;
Product launch experience;
Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
Strong analytical and computer capabilities;
Virtual sales experience;
Strong local relationships with HCPs and understanding of local market.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $12,0974.00 - $181,461.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
