Utilize CITY's customer relationship management (CRM) software, Salesforce.com, to generate leads, schedule qualified appointments, and maintain accurate prospective information. Work independently to manage daily activities and assign sales territory. Execute weekly KPIs effectively under the guidance of the Director of Sales, following a disciplined approach. Present and effectively communicate solutions to potential customers using approved sales strategies and methodologies. Follow up on sales proposals, manage all stages of the sales process, and accurately update Salesforce.com. Maintain thorough knowledge of CITY's products and services, ensuring effective communication of their value to potential clients. Hybrid work schedule: In-office on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for cold calling, training, and one-on-one meetings. Conduct meetings and schedule future appointments in the field on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Exhibit positive communication with customers, prospects, and colleagues. Always represent the company in a positive manner and dress and act professionally. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. This position requires regular and reliable attendance. QUALIFICATIONS Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. A Bachelor of Arts degree preferred. 1-3 years job related and/or sales related experience preferred. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
