At Country Meadows our Director of Sales and Marketing's primary job duty is “Senior Living Sales” by successfully leading the resident recruitment process by establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families. This position is the central point of contact for all prospective residents. You will also develop and maintain productive internal and external marketing strategies, maintain established occupancy levels and manage the admission/administrative documentation assessment process.
Pay starts as $36.00-$42.00/hour, based on experience and this position is also eligible for monthly bonuses based on achieving sales goals.
Full time, includes every 4th weekend and holiday.
This position is in person at the Frederick location (5955 Quinn Orchard Road Frederick, MD 21704).

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
Cultivate resident and family relationships to generate leads, conduct facility tours, visits virtually and in person, qualify financially and physically eligible candidates, and assess candidate level of care needs and work towards commitment by every qualified candidate.

College degree in Marketing or Human Services field preferred. Certification / licensure in assisted living/personal care a plus.
Proven track record of large financial commitment/transactions relating to marketing and sales.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the sales operations and client care team in all aspects of the sales process by performing the following duties:
Customer and prospect follow up to close all quoted service jobs and projects via phone calls and/or emails.

Partner with sales and operations leadership to continually develop improved processes.
Assist in renewing annual customer contracts and manage contract expiration dates
Liaison with internal teams (finance, capital production and service/client care) as needed.
Manage the circulation to internal team contracts for review and input with return date

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. High school diploma; Up to 5 years related experience and/or training in inside sales, customer service, sales support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bed Match system.
