Performance Objectives + Responsible for driving customer success by helping customers get the most out of the Minerals products they have purchased. + Partners with customers to manage their mineral portfolio. Focus is primarily on MineralSoft but will include other products such as EnergyLink, MiQ, Prism, or DrillingInfo as needed. + Works with customers to review existing business processes and metrics. Makes process improvement recommendations based on established best practices and conducts product training for customers related to the processes being reviewed. + Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates and resolves problems in a timely manner. + Works on projects of moderate complexity with general direction from team manager.
