As a Senior Facets Healthcare Application Development Lead, you will make an impact by driving technical solutions and leading agile transformation for healthcare systems. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Technology team, collaborating closely with client IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a global delivery model.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design, development, and customization of Facets applications, including release management and API integrations.
Drive adoption of Agile practices and recognized coding standards across teams.
Monitor and troubleshoot Facets and custom batch jobs using Autosys, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with client IT and business teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and remediate custom components for Azure migration using C#, Azure, and SQL technologies.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery in a global delivery model.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.

What you need to have to be considered
15+ years of experience in application development with strong technical leadership skills.
8+ years of hands‑on experience in healthcare domain, preferably with Facets.
Expertise in Facets data structure, APIs, and customization.
Proven experience in Agile transformation and adoption of technical best practices.
Strong proficiency in C#, Azure, SQL, and DevOps tools.
Experience with Autosys for batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
These will help you stand out

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $154K-$180K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

About the Role
As an Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go‑to‑market team, working directly with our Customer Success and greater Go‑To‑Market teams to make significant impacts on our customer's adoption of our platform.
Reporting into our Head of Solutions, you will provide new Fieldguide customers with seamless onboarding experiences built to maximize our customers' return on investment quickly.
